Fixed-Fee Tender Writing and Compliance Pricing
SavvaTenders uses fixed project fees rather than charging a percentage of the contract value. The estimated contract value helps identify a starting price band, but the final quote depends on the tender's complexity, forms, written criteria, supporting documents, urgency and the quality of information available.
Prices exclude GST and are subject to a written quote.
Add 10% GST to the quoted subtotal. Every engagement is confirmed through a written quote and service agreement.

What Is Included — Base Tender Fees
The estimated contract value helps identify a starting band only. It is not a percentage fee. Use the lower end where the tender is short and strong reusable content already exists; the middle where there are several schedules and normal coordination; the upper end where information is missing, the response is technical, numerous attachments are required or the deadline is tight.

Rush fees are applied to the agreed project fee. Urgent work is accepted only after reviewing the complete tender pack, submission requirements, deadline and team availability.

- • Late changes, additional criteria and extra review rounds are chargeable.
- • Client delays do not automatically extend the tender deadline.
- • The client must approve all factual, technical, legal and pricing information.
- • External expenses require approval.
- • No tender outcome can be guaranteed.
- • The launch rates may be reviewed as SavvaTenders gains additional project data and operating experience.
